2. Products and Services

Durboro specializes in the commercialization, import, and export of steel pipes and rectangular profiles. All product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• An order is considered confirmed only upon written acknowledgment from Durboro.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product type and specifications.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon in the commercial contract for each order. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in the Incoterms specified in the contract.
• Durboro is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Quality and Warranty

All products supplied by Durboro meet applicable industry standards and certifications. Claims regarding quality must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. Durboro's liability is limited to replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Custom-cut or specially ordered products cannot be returned. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Durboro and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Durboro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
