Our precision tubes conform to EN 10305-1 (cold-drawn), EN 10305-4 (hydraulic), DIN 2391, and ASTM A519 standards. Sizes range from 4mm to 120mm OD with wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 15mm.
Tolerance classes available: ISO H8 to H11 for outer diameter, with inner diameter tolerances to H8 for honed and skived tubes. Grades include E235, E355, St52 BK+S, and 20MnV6. Surface conditions: cold-drawn (BK), stress-relieved (BK+S), annealed (GBK), and normalized (NBK). Hydraulic cylinder tubes available honed to Ra 0.3 or better. Full 3.1 certification with dimensional inspection reports.
